Couple reasons for the server being offline, someone was spamming yell channel is number 1..
There were multiple logging ons of a similiar name to jjjagfdssag (called nulling) and so forth, number 2..
Or it was a failed restart.

Sometimes the server does get nulled. The trick is, when you log in, type ::shops really fast, while your screen's loading, and just stay away from home for a bit.
