Right, here is the problem:

I have recently got my stationary up and running, and I downloaded the client onto it.
I extracted it, hit run, and it loads fine. Then when I type my user and password, it tells me error connecting.

Any thoughts as to why?

I fixed the problem, i just had to update my java
