"I don't help people at all."

THIS IS A SERIOUS THREAD.

Alright. I'm going to be demoted if i do not "start" helping people. So basically, people have been saying I don't help people at all and that I don't deserve to be a Mod. All I need you to do I tell me what I can improve on. Look below for 2 examples I DO NOT want to we on this thread. This actually happened in both cases.

1st: Today, a player named Miroku Rulzz pmed me saying that he had died at Barrows and people had looted his stuff. As I'm about to teleport to him, I see Travis123 saying he's having a Quiting drop party. I immediately tried to stop the drop party. Meanwhile, Miroku starts screamin at me in my private chat because I'm not helping him. I said I had other priorities at the moment. He started cussing at me. Meanwhile, I'm still trying to stop the drop party. Finally, I get him to stop. I teleport to Miroku, and ask him what's wrong. He starts flaming me win no end because he had to wait 3 minutes. I teleport him and the supposed "looted" to jail so we can talk privately. Keep in mind mirokus still flaming me. After being in jail for 2 minutes, Miroku "lags" out. I release the supposed item looter, because I didn't even know what items Miroku lost. Eventually, he logs back on. I ask him if be would like me to do a bank check on the item looter, and he tells me to fuck off, and that I shouldn't be a Mod. The supposed item looted gave Miroku Barries keys which he lost. I ask him if he still needs my help, and he says I didn't help him at all, and that I don't deserve to be a mod. Basically, he starts telling prodigy Pker that all I do is Pk, which I haven't done IN AGES. Miroku then tells Prodigy that I am abusing the emotes. I did one emote THE ENTIRE DAY. And I never spam emotes. And now I'm in trouble.

2nd: A guy named "Superman" or something started on the server for the first day today. He begins talking about how he hakes the server 9 months ago. Ipbsnnibg allmoda and admins, etc. I ask him to please stop talking about that. Later, when Miroku is flaming me, Superman joins him, saying I need to fuck off and that I don't deserve to be mod.

Those aren't my main problems though. I want to know how I can help more people out, even though that's what I do 80% of my day on Silgar. So, you guys tell me: do I help people? Or do I not? Do I deserve to get demoted? Just tell me a VALID reason why. Thanks.
