What type of suggestion (Item(s), Add-Ons etc.)

ut a timer by the voting site to see when to 24hours past to vote again.
Why you think this would be a good idea: maybe if people wanne vote and they cant and they see its just 10 minutes waiting, than they know that they can vote in 10mintutes, because if i see i cant vote i forget it and i dont vote that day.
How would it improve the server: maybe more votes?
Who do you think it will help: the server.

If this timer is there then people can tell when their voting system gets glitched/messed up and can get some help.
