okay, lots of rants about this, so heres my opinion:

# dont let wyverns drop pvp stuff, let them drop something else thats expencive

# if you already fix the last one, make a new -more powerful- monster that drops these items, like:

the hard way:
code a completely new monster that hits hard, uses 2 styles or make it unable to pray in the area. ideas: a giant teddy bear (smile told me he saw this on some other server o.o) the 4 ghosts of morrigan, statius, vesta and zuriel with again 1-10% droprate of pvp armor

the easy way:
lots of other servers have this, a spirit beast that drops pvp items at about 1% droprate.

(tip) make an immediate-teleport object that leads to edgeville in the boss room

# get a donater/premium zone with some more wyverns or premium/donater shops with rare/pvp/godwars/special items in them (for a high price ofcourse)

some other 'good' locations for boss monsters/donater zones

donater zone:
#the little elven city west of west ardougne.
#tyras camp.
#mos'le harmless

why? distance between main lands and impossibility to walk there

boss monster area(s):
#top floor of mage guild tower.
#the underground goblin city. (through the bone door inside the old donater zone)
#the elven city on the north side of the elven area (surrounded by crystal walls)#
#trollheim open areas (surrounded by fences and mountains)

why? its impossible to get there if you're walking around.

They dont allow private servers to charge you money to go to a place that you can access in real runescape. That is illegal, and the server will get shutdown

The system isn't..
You donate to get stuff, It's you donate and get a gift for appreciation.
