I'm having a problem having to wait around 3-4 minutes to use all 4 spec(With my DDS) and I think it takes to long!
The solution is to make a Potion to make your special go up quicker like at least 25% of the bar! I think this would be a good Idea because I was doing slayer yesterday and I ran out of spec,therefore I was dying(ran out of food) and I badly need a spec to kill the beast. I think that the spec bar should just recharge a little bit quicker but not to quick cause then ppl can like d claw spec u lots...
