I think a new thread should be a section called 'Help' where people can actually ask questions and get answered if it's urgent or something. For example, here's one:
"Hey Failed Skill, where can I find a thread about the staff & what they're actual job is?"
To answer this, I could say...
"You could go onto the forums and start a thread. Daily, you should check your replies from other people & they should have your answer. They should post a link to that certain thread."
There, that newcomer got his answer and found out what the staff actually are there for.
So I reckon this new section would be great for all the newcomer's and problems.

I would say yes because I usually pretend to be AFK when someone asks for help that I am not positive of on the answer.

Yeah, you have a point, but sometimes, even when SilGar is busy, there are no staff members online so this section would really help.

Yeah, but that their problem. If they say something stupid like that, it obviously means they're trying to spam to 20 posts, just trying to hide the spam bit.
