1: You do not know the last way to dupe because I know something you don't!
2: I was on all day trying to report the duper and yes this is after the reset, and no staff would listen. When I said I only wanted to talk to Gir about it cause no staff had listened to me all day, I got banned on the chatbox by Hailey.
3: I figured out like three glitches also no one still listens to me I even took screen shots of the glitch.
4: Staff lets thier acc's sit on all day but is AFK, that doesn't help at all. So I agree with haiku on the demote useless staff, and promote players who will actually help and be nice to the players. Also people talk about Haiku he may not be nice all the time but he freakin knows how to handle things and actually helps the players.
5: I am a coder myself and have helped with tons of servers when I get on them, some of the staff say things like, "all the duping problems are taken care of" to the players but if they knew coding and knew how these games actually work, then they would say different. I am sick of staff not knowing what they are doing and just treating the players like crap. Yes they may know what is happening, and have info about items and things like that but who doesn't after a while.
6: I am sick of players complaining all the time about resets, if you haven't realised the only reason they happen is because regular players like yourselfs are greedy and don't want to work for anything.
7: To help the game thier should be a no cussing rule because players argue all the time and no one does anything about it, all the staff members do are make threats, and make up thier own rules that haven't been approved by Gir the Owner. SHOULDN'T A GOOD GAME START WITH THE STAFF?!? You can't expect the players to act all good if the staff doesn't.
8: There should be a Flame thread in the forums, to where if you would like to complain about things like I am now that you can with the reasurance that nothing will happen to your acc because of it. Sometimes the best suggestions come in complaints.

I agree with you a little but they dont leave there account logged most of the time they are helping teleporting everywhere and when they dont answer like if they were afk they are talking to other staffs or the owner him self,Gir.

Yea I get that but I sat for almost 6 hours and no one replied to me, and they couldn't be talking to other people about it because I didn't tell them anything until they do respond.

Unfrounately, we have maybe 3 staff online, at the same time max.

60+ players. > 3 Staff.

We can't listen to every complaint.

Or can't act on each one.

We attempt to follow the biggest problem to the smallest problem.

For example:

"Help, I'm glitched inside this wall!"

I'd do ::unjail

To instead:

"Help plzzzzz helppp"

I'd ignore it.

So you have to be more detailed.

Staff give too many warnings. 1 warning and that's it. People on the server aren't retarded, or atleast we assume. They understand warnings, but most of the time they choose not to listen. 1 warning.. Next is jail, ban, and continues up until the problem gets solved.

Also there needs to be SET RULES! Staff expect people to read in ::message new rules and follow them on spot. Some of use aren't on 24/7 and get on the server and have broken a rule which was just made. I think there should be a ::rules command and rules posted on the forum.

The site is a mess too. Inactive forum has become a drama, bitching, and whining forum for members to try and get people to talk them into staying. No one wants to baby you. Honestly, grow up..PLEASE. Not to mention, the staff on the forums don't do anything, or at least don't know how to run forum. The upkeep is a disaster. For example, 50+ topics on the Mod Application forum where around 40 aren't even applicable or have already got promoted.

Exactly!! Why I seriously want better staff members. I can say Haiku can be mean but atleast he controls things. the other staff members just make threats and never really follow through and when they do on the wrong people!

I love it when people complain about the staff. They can't help you with everything so you mine as well throw a temper tantrum and smack ur dick off a bee hive until someone answers you. Instead of complaining about it, post it but if its something as serious as duping then wait until staff is no busy.

Members do depend on staff a little too much though. There's plenty of members who are willing to help with answering questions, showing you quests, skills, etc. However, it's bound to happen that members will go DIRECTLY to staff for questions that could easily be answered by another member. That's why I encourage and think it's good to have one person, who isn't staff, to go to for help. Myself, I have a few guys who always ask for my help and I'm always glad to help.
