Reason: Pk'ing as an admin. Killed me and Guli for absolutely no reason. Second time today...Always has been a horrible staff member. Don't know how he made it up to admin...fail

Forum/InGame Rules - 11-13-2009 until 12-14-2012

SilabGarza Forum Rules.

1. All posts should be made in the correct section and if you have problems with those sections refer to a forum mod for help. For example do not post a reporting thread within the General Chat forum as it does not belong there. Rather you would go on down to "Appeals/Reports" forum and post it there!Do not forget to use the right format!

2. I will allow no flaming of anything. This includes server updates, the server itself, anyother member of SilabGarza, or rival server's. If caught flaming, I will give ONE infraction and then ban you, I'm not going to allow any of this crap on our forums anymore. We are ONE community, and we will be ONE community.

3. Remember to always use the search button before posting a thread, the search button is located on the top right hand corner of the page. (Anywhere on the forums.) Remember to use it to make sure a thread such as yours as not already been posted.

4. The reputation button is not to be abused, no creating new accounts to allow yourself more points. (We'll get it working soon.) Using this will result in a ban from the forums for every account you had made and a reputation reset of the account that was given all the points. (Possibly a ban too!)

5. Spamming is strictly against the rules, we do not spam here, and if you wanna spam somewhere, go somewhere else! For example spam would be any of the following: Repeatily posting the words "lolololol" or possibly even just posting a post that has no realation to the topic. "I love runescape, who's with me?!" (Spam to this thread would be): "Selling cheese blocks". Spamming will result in a post count reset! (Possibly a ban.)

6. Act your age, if your not of a high age, then act higher than your age. There is no reason for you to post if you don't like something, and ALWAYS take arguements into a Private Message. Do not let yourself be caught flaming a thread, or a post, or a person! For it will result in an infraction, and a ban.

7. There will be NO account trading/buying/selling on these forums. So you cannot sell your RUNESCAPE account for a SILABGARZA account. Or you cannot sell ITEMS for a SILABGARZA account, and you cannot TRADE Accounts. This will result in a ban of both accounts in the game, and a suspension of 5 days from the forums and chatbox.Noctice that you can't sell RUNESCAPE Member PINS.

8.When Reporting a player,Appealing a Ban/Mute or Making a Modeartor Application, Use the right Format wich are stickied posts in those Forum Sections.Making a thread without using the format will simply result by beeing declined.(NOTICE:When making a Mod. App., if you do not have all the requirements,it is auto-decline.When Reporting a player,you need a solid proof.By solid proof I mean Vid or Screenshot.

Mainly, if you follow these rules you'll be fine here in SilabGarza. We don't take stuff to seriously, so if you honestly feel you've been punished unfairly feel free to ask any staff member you see about it, or even Private Message me and I'll try and get back to you as soon as I can. 1.No asking for staff-We pick new staff when we need it.

2.No Duping or giving yourself free items in any sort.

3.No cheat Clients.

4.No Flaming,racism or cussing towards other players.

5.Colors in ::yell is STAFF ONLY.

6.No Asking Staff for free items or to replace lost items.

7.No proof, No Action(That means that if you complain about a player,we can't do anything unless you got a proof of rulebreaking)

8.No Follow Glitching into areas you should not be in.

9.No Advertising other server in any way.

10.No spamming Normal, ::yell and Private Messages.

11.No Luring/SafeSpotting Wyverns or Corporeal Beast.

12.NO Buying or Selling RUNESCAPE/SILABGARZA Accounts.Same apply for RUNESCAPE Member Pins.

13.Only Staff Members are allowed to Host Parties with Rewards/Prizes

14.No Multi-Loggin.Thats means you can only be logged on one account.

15.No Arguing with other players.

Gta are you fucking stupid? First off, who gives a shit about the forum rules. They have nothing to do with ingame....And are you not aware of the last time the ingame rules were even updated? Dam!

Hell, I remember about 3 months ago I had to explain to someone that LOOTING IN THE WILD IS ALLOWED after YOU told them it WAS NOT allowed....dumb ass.

You don't know shit. And how about you actually do some moderating on the server rather than follow your other account around, "protecting him" while he kills the chaos ele....And it's common sense not to kill regular players. WE LOSE ITEMS ! YOU DONT ! Common sense kid..Been that way the whole time
