Can't get on chatbox, BAN?

guys.. I can't get on chatbox.. it just won't load.. here's a screen..

I added a screen now.. it just stop loading after 1/3 done of the "smiley" .. :/

right click it then press settings then press the folder then drag it down to 0 then refresh then it ask you about something press ok/yes then retry

Try later or refreash the pgae.If it doesn't work close internet and open again.If it stil doesn't work well idk.

I tryed like 12 hours ago when I wake up.. then I went 2 school and it still don't work.. :S tryed 2 find help on utube..

It would display your name as "Banned" with a brown pawn.If you doesn't see the screen at all, it's not because you are banned.
