I thought I'd name off some rules to be followed in this section on this thread because many have forgotten:

• Do not make buying threads if you are NOT actually going to buy the item you discuss from people.
• Don't make selling threads if you are NOT actually going to sell the item you discuss from people.
• For successful threads; try to spell everything correctly.
• Do NOT chat on threads, if you are going to have a very long discussion about negotiating, take it to in-game pms or forum pms.
• If you've sold or bought everything that you made a thread about, please VM me with the link and I'll move the thread to the archives to prevent any further spam in this section and keep it clean.
• Please use the format found below:

I will be updating this list, so people must check time to time.
Anybody who does not follow these rules will receive either a warning or an infraction depending on the situation.

Some wise words from Brittany

• Do not sell/buy runescape accounts.
  
• Do not sell/buy runescape membership pins.
  
• Do not sell/buy runescape gold/items for SG gold/items.
  
• If the donator item can't be traded; Don't try to sell it.
  
• Only bump your thread every 24 hours or if it's on the second page.
  
• If you flame; You will receive an infraction... So don't do it!

Alright, well with the new sectional the section is being cleaned up a bit and rules with be taken more seriously.

Ways to avoid an infraction:

~Don't put offer in your post. You may put a price down, then after say if you want you may offer another price.

~Don't put stupid offers down. Don't say like "I will give you 1 gp" Or "I will give you 1k." Make smart and responsible offers, or face punishments.

~Keep the amount of negotiations to a low on the thread. After your second post, move it to PM or VM.
