Well, I believe in a strong application. So, to prove that I am dedicated to this server, the chatbox, and the forums, I'm going to start out by posting some background information.
Well, first of all, I'm 16 years old. My name is Christopher [Chris]. I go to High School, I am a sophomore, and maintain a healthy A average. I am a very fun person to get to know, but I can also be a very sarcastic/trolling type of person, so watch out! I have been playing RuneScape Private servers for about 5-6 years. I've been playing since I was 10, and coding since I was 12. I took a break from SilabGarza in Client V3.2, joining in October, and playing since Client V2. I made many friends, and it's great to come back - 4 weeks ago - and see that many of them are still playing. I try and make as many friends as I can, without gaining enemies along the road. I am active in-game, of course, but the Forums and the Chatbox are my main priorities at the moment. Also, if you guys haven't noticed by now, my grammar is near perfect, which comes in handy when helping others, either in-game, on the Forums, or on the Chatbox. Alright, I think you know most of the important information about me, so I'll start my application now. Enjoy.

I have played SilabGarza, for - in total - 4 months.

How many hours a day are you on chatbox:
I'm going to be honest here, as many others that I've seen applying are not. I am on the Chatbox 2 hours a day, when I can. However, if I get the position as Moderator, I will be incredibly active, ranking up anywhere from 4-10 hours, constantly helping newcomers and members alike who need help. Also, summer is coming soon, so I can be even more active on the Chatbox!

Are you frequently active on chatbox:
Yes, as much as I can, as previously stated above.

If In-Game, how often do you check the chatbox?:
I don't go in-game much, only to talk to friends, but when I am in-game, I have the SilabGarza Chatbox open right under the Client, checking it every time I hear the "ping" noise of someone entering a message.

Why do you think you would make a good chatbox mod (75 words minimum):
I think I would make a good Chatbox Moderator for a couple of reasons. First of all, I have nearly perfect and flawless grammar, as stated above in the background. Having good grammar may not seem like much, but it really makes a difference when helping someone, so they can actually understand what you're saying and move on without hassle.
Also, I am an active player, on the forums, the chatbox, and sometimes in-game.
I'm also a nice player, with much experience on other servers as being staff, mainly because I've been playing RSPS's for 5-6+ years. I'm also not an abuser. I know many people in my experience that have abused their powers, and let the power go to their head when they get staff. I'm not that kind of person.

I think that I pretty much covered everything in the background information at the top of my application.

Well, when I'm on, there are usually only 1-2 on, and not helping at all, so I feel that I'd be a nice addition.
