Do you play when most of the staff are off?: Generally there is at least one staff member on during my time zone.


Do you play over the night?: I wish I could say yes to this, but I'm afraid this is difficult to do as I don't get enough sleep as it is already.


Are you Active on the chatbox: No, I'm afraid not.


Average of time you play a week: Most of the day when I'm not out or doing my schoolwork.


How long have you played SilabGarza: I've been a member of SilabGarza itself for a little over 5 months.


Do you have ANY coding experience: No, but I am still able to assist with tech. difficulties very efficiently.


Explain why you should be mod (100 words minimum, do not be repetitive):


I admit, I see applications as an opportunity. Just like a job, if you do not get hired the first time, you do not just weep about it. You look for ways to improve yourself so next time so you have a better chance next time, right? Constructive criticism causes success, and I can easily assure you that I have the necessary qualities. I'm not going to fill your head with silly promises and such. I obviously know what I am doing, and I believe that is what matters the most.


Even as such a young person, I can show quite a bit of maturity. I am not applying because I want the job necessarily, but can indeed improve the aspect of the staff. I'll admit, I'm not going to agree with every single thing, but I will give my REAL feedback. Forum activity will never be a concern from me, as I am an avid forumer. I'm not some childish teen either who rages at every comment, but rather have a lot of patience. I feel I can be a major part of making the community more mature, because I indeed focus on the community as a moderator.


Favoritism is something I do not plan showing at all; everybody is on a fair playing field in my eyes. Punishments I give for rule-breakers are neither heavy nor lightly inflicted, or fair you might say. I will punish friends with absolutely no hesitation if needed, corruption is not tolerable in the slightest.


I have the ability to communicate with offensive, racist, or intolerable players appropriately and strictly. I am easy to get along with as I have a friendly atmosphere to the newer players. I encourage questions and have no problem \ frustration with answering FAQS.


Obedience to higher-ups is something I can promise with ease, no doubt in my mind. I have both a strict and laid back interpretation of rules, or meaning that depending on how thoroughly endorsed a rule is will decide how serious I will take it. However, I take my rules serious, occasionally too serious actually.


One thing that proves me to make a difference is my ability to give, take, and make something out of constructive criticism. After all, isn't constructive criticism what helps us prepare to become more successful? I'm definitely not afraid to voice my opinion, and I will share it. I am a huge critic, but I only do it with the best of intentions.


My knowledge about the game is to a rather high extent, helping players is something that will be done purely flawless. I actually know what I am doing, and you can tell more than easily I know what I am doing.


More importanly, I'm not applying for the nifty crown or the silly respect most applicants do it for. My intentions are the best with the position, and I perform as a staff member in the most dilligent manner.


My experiences as a staff member are quite a bit, but this truly doesn't matter in a sense. Also, this application was typed fluently and didn't take me the long at all. It shows widely my knowledge of being a staff member.

I admit, I haven't been in-game nowhere as long as I've been active on the forums. However, I'm capable and true in what I say, expect only the best from me as a: player, applicant, or staff member.

Generally I'm the type to work with forums, but I am a rather well-rounded person. If you seek any evidence of my capability as an in-game moderator, have a look at my 'Moderator App. Guide' linked in my signature. The example application is the same in why I should be chosen, but I have added extra details that I feel you should know as well. I had no plans of applying for an in-game moderator, but I rarely go by things I plan.

Anyways, I could continue discussing my traits as a staff member, but I would prefer to leave a message. Simply that I'm offering my help, and it is the choice of the community to accept that offer.

I vote 110% yes. When I first came to SG, you were one of the first people to assist me, and one of the most helpful.

With compliments and support comes constructive cristisism:

Become more active in-game, and get to know that community too. I'm in the exact same time zone as you, and I don't see you on as much, so come on more often.

You're really good at writing Applications, and this is an amazing application. You know what you have to work on, so I can almost garauntee you you'll get it next time around.

As for being a Forum Mod...as you said, you're an 'avid forumer'. This is true, but I don't mind you being an in-game mod either.
