MAIN UPDATE:

New npc combat system

- Real combat structure

* Instead of hit and animation, actually takes levels and bonuses into considering for damage.

- Monsters can now farcast

* Instead of incorrect timing and delays for combat, everything is more realistic, with real projectiles, damage delays, and more

- The range glitch has been fixed

* Monsters wouldn't retaliate if you ranged them, this has been fixed

* Archers will now actually range, Magicians will now actually cast spells, and warriors will still continue to use melee.

- KBD and Kalphite Queen and Chaos Elemental are now actual bosses. (GWD bosses are still being worked on)

* Along with other monsters that should be better in combat such as the barrow's brothers and dragons.

OTHER UPDATES:

Fixed pest control portal spawning
- When more players joined a round, it'd restart
- Fixed furnace at dzone
- Fixed the slayer tasks
- Halloween Event removed
- Grim Reapers removed.
